Decorate Your Own Bedroom

Sometimes parents just would not give in and buy some beautiful looking lawn decor for the coming winter. Do you still want to be in the festive mood and want to buy bedroom furniture? Then this blog is right for you!
1.      Get some leaves, strings of leaves or even single leaves that are available at new stores or any other craft stores at very cheap prices during winter. Now string the leaves around the bookshelf or the window or maybe even scatter some on the desk in your bedroom. This way it is cheap and easier way to bring some of winter festivity to your own bedroom. If you do not want to buy leaves then print some templates out and make one on your own.
2.      Buy indoor or outdoor lights if you may afford it. There is a spooky Halloween theme lights available at Stallions or Walmart for around 7 to 20 dollars. They will look beautiful at night around your head board or around the bedroom door. These may be little expensive but you can look in to thrift stores for more bargains. Also make sure you have your parent’s permission.
3.      Buy some of the Jack-be-little. Jack-be-little is small and is a miniature pumpkin. These are very cheap at a farmers market. These come around for 50 cents each. They do look extremely cute when just randomly placed in your bedroom or on a night stand. Also squeeze some lemon juice on them so that they do not rot.
4.      Gel the window clings which are a must! These are extremely cheap in terms of dollar bins at Stallions and are usually around one dollar for a pack of gel clings. Do put some on the window or on the mirror. They do add some festivity to your bedroom - as easy as pie!
5.      Make some paper ghosts. Roll up the paper and then glue it so that it comes together as a small tube. Then use paper glue to attach some of the tissues or the crepe paper in order to make it look ghostly. Draw a face and you are all set. Also add some glitter to it if you want. Put them on the desk or a nightstand for some ghostly winter décor.
6.      Candles are Fun coloured and tiny candles can really add some spooky lighting effect to your bedroom. Stallions offer coloured and unscented candles at very low prices. If you want something to really scent your bedroom then try Bath and Body Works candles or the Yankee Candle. Though they look pretty costly and they smell delightful to offer warm pumpkin winter time smells.

7.      Add some cushions using bright colours like orange and green that make huge difference and adds up a cosy feel to your bedroom. This way you can add up complement to you bedroomfurniture to look good in the room.
